Tenders Are Invited for Preparation of Studies for the Establishment of the Public Securities Trading Room in the Democratic Republic of Congo
the Services Provided for Under This Contract Will Consist, Among Other Things, Of: (i) the Analysis of the Legal Environment of the Drc in General, and That Governing the Central Bank of Congo (bcc), the Directorate General of Public Debt (dgdp), the Directorate General of the Treasury and Public Accounting (dgtcp) in Particular, and Propose Amendments If Necessary; (ii) the Analysis of the Congolese Financial Market; (iii) the Proposal of An Approach for the Establishment in the Drc of a Modern Trading Room That Complies with International Standards; (iv) Design a Strategic Plan for Setting Up a Trading Room and Estimate the Related Costs; (v) Establishing the Need for Human Skills; (vi) the Development of the Procedures Manual to Govern the Operation of the Trading Room; (vi) Identifying and Proposing Changes to Be Made to the Current Information System with a View to Optimal Operationalization of the Future Trading Room; (vii) Identification of the Needs for Necessary Computer Hardware and Software, and Development of Specifications for Their Acquisition; (viii) Identification of Capacity Building Needs and Definition of a Training Plan for Trading Room Stakeholders; (ix) the Proposal for An Adequate Administrative Organization for the Proper Functioning of the Trading Room Taking Into Account the Management of Risks Linked to This Area; (x) the Proposal for An Adequate Layout of the Premises Where Applicable; (xi) the Identification of Any Other Essential Need for the Establishment and Proper Functioning of the Trading Room. |
