1. The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has received financing from the African Development Bank to cover the cost of the Ngandajika Agro-Industrial Development Support Program (PRODAN), and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this loan to payments relating to the contract for the Development of the infrastructure of the Ngandajika agro-industrial park (PAI).
2. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MINAGRISA)/Program Management Unit (CGP-PRODAN) intends to pre-qualify contractors and/or companies for the turnkey development of the Ngandajika Agro-Industrial Park as described below:
Site development works : wastewater network (including the WWTP and its equipment), rainwater sanitation network, solid waste treatment center, fire-fighting network, service station, parking lots, container park, weighing station, two fences, one of which is 234 ha on the agricultural part (materials to be specified after study) and 300 ha in sustainable materials, a professional training and research center), laboratory, slaughterhouses (poultry and pork), including various equipment and furniture;
Road infrastructure works within the PAI including engineering structures: Road infrastructure approximately 47 km including the main asphalted roads (approximately 16% of the total length), secondary and tertiary earth roads (approximately 84% of the total length), fiber optic connectivity (approximately 90 km); |
